Social Enterprise Drive (formally known as CITYDRIVE) takes place every year, and is now into its eighth year.

Social Enterprise Drive is our week of showcasing the amazing social enterprises we have across Birmingham, whether it’s awareness raising, opening up market opportunities or promoting volunteering, work experience and employment within the sector.

Social Enterprise Drive is one of our favourite events across the busy iSE calendar – dedicated to promoting Birmingham’s thriving social enterprise sector from pop-up shops, marketplaces, talks, masterclasses, demos and debates.

Expect a diverse programme of activity taking place cross the city – anything is considered!

CITYDRIVE 2019 took place 8th-15th April and was one of our most ambitious programmes to date. Our main focus was on bringing social enterprise to the people of Birmingham, raising awareness of the sector and supporting residents to engage with the social economy to support the growth of Birmingham as a Social Enterprise City.
