iSE | Social Enterprise Wellness Fest Round-up

Our Social Enterprise Wellness Fest brought together organisations working for better health and wellbeing with the people of Birmingham. 

 

Held at Soho House Museum on the 10th of June 2022, the event saw an array of social enterprise and third sector exhibitors offering interactive demos and activities to support health and wellbeing.

With over 100 visitors and 20 exhibitors, the morning gave a real sense of the support social enterprises can provide to our communities.

Here’s our Wellness Fest round-up.

Soho House Museum was the perfect venue for our summer Wellness Fest with 20 social enterprises showcasing their services and offering interactive demos.

The sun shone for our outdoor exhibitors and wellbeing activities in the beautiful 18th Century garden.

The wonderful Shamala Antonio of Impact4Life CIC joined us with her smoothie bike.

Shelanu craft collective led an origami crane making workshop, representing good fortune and longevity.

The finished origami cranes which were displayed at the Museum.

Shelanu’s beautiful jewellery ¬†including migrating birds collection supporting refugee and migrant women.

Anawim, Birmingham’s centre for women were just one of our exhibitors in the main hall.

The wonderful folk at Birmingham Mind also joined them for connection and conversation on mental health.

Bethel Health and Healing Network were on hand to advise about their services for vulnerable pregnant women and new mums.

The Living Well Consortium shared their services supporting mental health.

Aquarius demonstrating their substance misuse support for young people.

Legacy West Midlands were busy sharing food and flowers to promote their health and wellbeing services.

Diabetes UK were in our main hall talking to visitors about looking after their health.

The Inclusive Sports Academy team were also on hand to talk about their services supporting SEND health and wellbeing.
