iSE | HSBC Small Business Pop-up in Pictures
Last week iSE were joined by a group of women-led businesses to showcase their products at the small business HSBC pop-up event in Birmingham.
HSBC pop-up week gives small businesses a platform to promote their products and services, free of charge. It was the perfect opportunity for iSE to showcase social enterprise to the general public as well as HSBC staff, raising awareness of social and women-led businesses in our city.
At the event were macaroon connoisseurs Miss Macaroon, jeweller Gemima’s Diamonds and our very new collaborative venture Fabric Works, a women-led maker group who we have been supporting at our Women’s Enterprise Hub in partnership with Feed My Creative.
The pop-up was the ideal platform to launch the collective following six weeks of hard work and preparation, upskilling women in textile and fabric recycling, sewing, creative product development and enterprising skills.
Fabric Works is delighted to share that they are taking online orders for unique gift items. To find out how you could join the collective, purchase some of their goods or get involved in other ways contact firstname.lastname@example.org
