FUSE Enterprise Start-up Programme | Applications open July 2017

This early stage start-up business support programme for social entrepreneurs will help you focus your thinking on how to turn your business idea into a real enterprise.

Designed to be run over 9 months, FUSE is delivered in partnership with industry experts who will take you through the ‘business basics’. Each month invited specialists will deliver a masterclass giving you valuable insights and quality resources across a range of strategic and operational modules, including:

> Business planning   > Finance and cashflow   > Funding and investment   > Governance and HR   > Interview panels   > Marketing   > Networking   > Personal branding   > Pitching your enterprise   > Social media

We would particularly welcome applications from individuals interested in HEALTH AND SOCIAL CARE enterprise development.

At the end of the FUSE programme, you will receive a Certificate of Attendance at an awards event to celebrate the achievements of the group and individuals. The in-depth knowledge gained through the programme will enable you to have a clear understanding and necessary skills to run your enterprise.

You will also have all the masterclass materials and resources enabling you to build your own, tailored ‘business toolkit’ to use as you take your enterprise forwards. Supported by your new network of business experts and peers, you can also access new ‘routes to market’, hot-desking and office space through the facilities offered at iSE CIC at our  Digbeth office.
