Elizabeth is Social Enterprise Consultant at iSE.
She has helped to start-up social enterprises working across health and social care, well-being, the environment, employment and training, the arts and education. Elizabeth currently delivers iSE’s start-up FUSE programme, developing new and emerging social entrepreneurs.
Elizabeth has also been responsible for managing several of iSE’s European-funded projects to support growth and development of the sector, and frequently delivers workshops around key sector issues.
During her time at iSE, Elizabeth has developed an interest in developing projects focused on increasing female entrepreneurship, and she was part of the team tasked with developing women-focussed business support services at iSE’s now specialist Women’s Enterprise Hub (WEH) in Sparkbrook.
Other roles include organising and supporting iSE’s events and campaigns to raise the profile of social enterprise such as CITYDRIVE, overseeing marketing and communications, generating and delivering research and consultancy services, project development and contract management. Elizabeth has also contributed to the publication of a toolkit for the former Office of the Third Sector.
Elizabeth is a SFEDI qualified Social Enterprise Business Advisor and is an active volunteer with a number of local community projects.
