Waylands Yard 42 Bull St, Birmingham, B4 6AF & 6 Foregate St, Worcester, WR1 3DR Wayland’s Yard is community driven coffee shop aiming to spread the joy of proper coffee and proper food to as many people as possible. Wayland’s Yard opened their Birmingham store almost a year ago and have always wanted to give back to the wider community through their business model. Their Pay it Forward scheme is a way of harnessing the kindness and generosity of their customers and making a difference. When you visit Wayland’s yard, you can purchase a coffee or sandwich for someone in need. All these amazing acts of kindness are then distributed to local charities and not for profits to feed those in need. So far they have worked with Maggs Day Centre, Lets Feed Brum and Home For Good.
They are excited to see where this scheme goes and have dreams of it having more and more of a positive social impact as the momentum behind it builds.
Small acts of kindness make a big difference!
