Social Enterprise Start-up Services

iSE is committed to the start-up of sustainable social ventures creating impact in communities. We currently have two routes for individuals and groups accessing start-up support. These are our fully-funded FUSE programme  and bespoke consultancy for a more tailored approach.

FUSE Social Enterprise Start-Up Programme

Route 1 – The FUSE Programme

Our FUSE programme is for near trade or at early-start stage social entrepreneurs or women-led businesses that want to fast-track their idea, grow networks, develop collaborative opportunities and develop sustainable businesses that create social impact. This programme is fully-funded and delivered in group-led sessions through practical masterclasses and peer support.

The next FUSE programme begins in February and is open to applications now!

Focus for 2020 will be start up social enterprises in the health, social care, wellbeing field and sports/fitness organisations that have a strong health mission. Applicants will need to prove they have the makings of a sustainable social enterprise including income generation through trading rather than relying on grant funding.

Applications close on the 12th of February and the programme will begin on February 25th 2020. The programme will be delivered in six sessions over six months, the majority taking place on Tuesday evenings 6pm-8pm (exact time tbc).

Request an application form by email to Simon Veasey. In your application you will need to show clearly:

-What your business will do

-Your strategy for income generation

- Your desire to be a CIC or a “social enterprise”

-How you will achieve social impact/value

 Good luck!
