WEH | Two Amazing People Needed to Join Our Team

iSE CIC are delighted to have received funding for 2 new roles based at our Sparkbrook, Women’s Enterprise Hub.

With our Women’s Enterprise Hub delivering more community support, our focus within the Sparkbrook locality is enabling social enterprise start ups and women-led businesses, but also reducing food poverty, improving mental health and providing debt advice for local people.

To help us meet this need, we are looking for 2 exceptional people to join our WEH team, and really make a difference in the community.

WHAT DO WE MEAN BY EXCEPTIONAL?

We recruit based on the person as much as qualifications and experience. It’s important to us that everyone in our team, both at iSE CIC and WEH, are passionate about making a positive difference as part of their role.

Our culture is based on robust values and a sense of collaboration, mutual respect, a supportive work environment, knowledge-sharing and commitment around businesses that ‘Do More Good’.

One role is part-time and focused on Project Support for our newly refurbished Hub as we deliver a range of community and enterprise based projects. For this role, we are looking for someone who will work with the Hub Manager and our project delivery teams, has excellent communication skills, experience of customer care and can take on some social media activity.

The second role is full-time and will be Community and Volunteer based so we are looking for someone who has experience of recruiting, training and supporting a diverse range of volunteers who will give their time to help local women and their families who have been impacted by COVID19.

More information about both roles and the application process here and please make sure you apply before Sunday 9th August 2020, midnight…. good luck!
