WATES | Seeing Really Is Believing!

iSE is proud to be working with Wates Group on their ‘Seeing Is Believing‘ 2018 programme of social enterprise tours across the country. 

The Birmingham marketplace at the end of January proved a great success with over 12 social enterprises taking part!

This event was hosted at the Impact Hub Birmingham and co-facilitated by Sarah Crawley (CEO, iSE) in conjunction with a team from the Wates Group, including Angie Eardley (Community Investment Manager, Wates Living Space) and Rowenna Valintine (Customer Care & Senior Liaison Officer, Wates Living Space).

The Wates Group’s initiative to embed social enterprise into its supply chain is part of its commitment to Buy Social and Wates is a founding partner of the Corporate Challenge which encourages private sector organisations to commit to spending £1 billion with social enterprises by 2020.
