NAGANO UNIVERSITY | Digbeth hosts Social Enterprise Knowledge Exchange
We had a great day hosting a visitor group of students and professors from Nagano University this week.
Sarah gave some context around the value of the social enterprise sector nationally and how the Digbeth Social Enterprise Quarter has levered social investment, the impact of the social enterprise sector locally and how iSE is delivering capacity-building support for individual social entrepreneurs along with scale and growth support for more established social enterprises in Birmingham.
This fantastic group of passionate and enthusiastic young people from Nagano University were interested in learning about how the UK is leading in the ‘profit for purpose’ enterprise model, and taking back knowledge, insights and best practice to Japan.
We can not deliver high-value knowledge exchange visits such as this without the support of our amazing social enterprises. In this instance, we would like to say THANK YOU to…
