iSE | Update on Makerspace Workshops
For the past few weeks we have been working with communities to explore how a Makerspace might fit into a community hub or workspace in West Birmingham.
So far, we have delivered workshops at the Ladywood Community Centre and the Nishkam Centre, with participants interested in pursuing the idea further joining us at the BCUs STEAMhouse for a hands-on maker session with James Hannam, an experienced maker facilitator “maker of things, teacher of stuff, video creator and wannabe geek”.
