iSE | Capturing Social Enterprise Photography Competition
CITYdrive 2020 is a week-long programme of events to raise awareness of Birmingham’s vibrant social enterprise sector taking place 30 March – 5th April.
This year, we’re kick-starting the festivities with ‘capturing social enterprise’ – a photography competition that will create an exhibition of social impact in a central Birmingham space.
Through this competition we aim to tackle one of the biggest challenges we face – the ‘general public’ not knowing what a social enterprise is. We therefore seek to promote social enterprise businesses and their work through this exhibition.
Share your images of social enterprise in action!
Social enterprises work everywhere creating social impact. We invite individuals to photograph social enterprises in action for a photography exhibition to be held during City Drive 2020.
There are two competition categories:
Social enterprise photographer of the year under 18
Social enterprise photographer of the year over 18
Closing date for entries is 12pm on 27th February 2020. Shortlisted entries will be announced the first week in March 2020 and all shortlisted entries will be exhibited at our social enterprise photography exhibition to held during City Drive Week in a central Birmingham location.
The 2 winners from each category will be announced at an early evening reception on the 30th March 2020.
Entry is simple. Photograph social enterprise in action and send to firstname.lastname@example.org with a few words about your image and share on social media using #capturingsocialenterprise
